need help with canopy cracks

Hi all . Has anybody got any tips on how to hide small cracksin canopys ??
I thought of using a thin mix if clear coat and just let it run into the crack so it hides it a bit when it drys.. Has anybody tryd this before ??

Hi Dave

I've never found (or heard of) a way of truly hiding cracks in clear parts. The clear coat may help stabilise the crack to stop it splitting further, but I think it will still show.
