Anyone ever stripped future from a canopy? I've got one I have completely botched up and think it would be best to just strip it all the way back and start over.

Try soaking it in Windex. If that doesn't work, give some oven cleaner a try.

Warm soapy water should do the trick,I've done it many times with canopies, model car bodies, etc.

We don't have Future in Italy (in any sense of the word!).
I use a different kind of acrylix floor wax and I managed to remove it successfully from the canopy with a home degreaser.
It works great also if you want to strip acrylic paint from a model as it literally dissolves it in a few seconds without damaging the plastic and doesn't smell.
This is what I used, I think the brand is similar in any country

Ammonia or any ammonia based window cleaners, Castrol Super Clean or Purple Power, or most general house cleaners like 409 etc.

Go to ACE hardware and get their Janitorial strength ammonia.

Thanks for the input guys! (and gal!) I had this thing all ready to go, future, painted, etc. but used CA instead of white glue like I usually do since it was a little warped and needed some pressure to keep it in place. I didn't think my usual method would be strong enough to hold it. Short story is my hand slipped while the CA was setting up and I have a smear on one side. I'm hoping the future protected the plastic from the CA and it will be a simple matter of stripping it down and refinishing.
