1st of June and Eduard's Royal boxing of their Spitfire Mk IX is now available. Contents are listed on their website and you can download the instruction sheet to take a peek at the 14 options here: http://www.eduard.com/store/out/media/R0008.pdf

There are also a number of new goodies that I spotted:

Cigar/torpedo droptank
Slipper tank (two included in the Royal box)
500 lb bomb (includes decals).
Four segment wheels with smooth tyres (also in the Royal box).
Do not understand why the five segment wheels have treaded tyres. How many photos of Spitfires have you seen with treaded tyres?

Essential. No, Waitrose are not selling Spitfire kits. Wheels, exhausts, cockpit, PE, and fabric seatbelt for 30% less than if you bought them separately.

Dual Combo – special edition with 38 options. Can be ordered with an RAF style bag. The important thing to note is that you must pre-order it this month if you want it. It won't be available after the 30th June.
