Hello guys just curious, I have both the MH 60 G Pavehawk and the AH 60 L DAP from Academy. Can I use the Eduard etch sets 32581 and 32158 on both kits. I know one is for the MH 60 G Pavehawk kit, but was wondering if the AH 60 could use it also. From what I have seen it looks like a yes to me but just looking for confirmation. Thanks guys

Yes, the Eaduard sets can also be used on the MH-60L DAP kit. They are pretty similarly laid out.
As a side note, the AH designation is not used by the US Army for Black Hawks. The designation should be MH for Multi-mission Helicopter. AH is only used on specially built Attack Helicopters, such as the AH-64 Apache. No idea why Academy calls it an AH-60L DAP, no such helicopter exists.

Interesting conversaation! I also have the HH-60G from Minicraft/Academy, it's 1/48. Gino would you happen to know if the Eduard FE330 Interior Detail set would work? It's supposed to be for the Italieri version.

The Eduard sets should work for any 1/48 MH/HH-60G kit. They are pretty much all the same.

FYI, Unless I am confused.. The HH-60 and MH-60 Used by the USAF are one and the same. HH was used while the belonged to ACC and they were then changed to MH when they went to AFSOC for a few years, they are now back under the control of ACC. AFSOC now has no Helo's except for 1 or 2 that belong to the 6th SOS..... Which would make for a food build as one is a UH-1N and the other 2 are MI-8/17's.

For what it is worth, www.eduard.cz is their site.
There you can download/view pdf files of the instruction sheets to most sets to see ahead of time what you are getting.
I found this especially helpful for the DML Sdkfz 251 family of kits. Should apply here too.
