Can anyone tell me if the Italeri 1/72 UH-60 "Night Raid" kit comes with refueling probe, nose weather radar and FLIR ball?

No, it has all the parts to build a standard UH/MH-60L, which does not include any of the parts you listed. It doesn't even include the proper OD decals for a 160th SOAR MH-60L. It is a pretty good kit though.
