That is some really cool work. I just finished this aircraft in 1:72 myself. I have to try my hand at one of those 1:48 kits. They seem to be very sharp in detail.

Just for the record, Fokker, OAW or Alb. did not add rib tapes to the outer face of the tail unit. These were metal tubes wrapped in fabric then the envelope cover was placed over the unit an then stitched to the fabric wrap. The of course the dope added to the outer covering. That said when they went into other services there was no guarantee that these practices were enforced. Though the purple or slamon ribtapes were only seen on the Albatros built Fokker D.VII types. Light blue was seen on OAW types and lozenge was universal as ribtapes being used by all three manufacturers.
