by the way: we now have "now recruiting" and "in-progress" icons. A "finished" icon may be useful as well; All finished campaings are still marked with an "in progress" icon

Thanks for all of your replies and thoughts. I'm going to mull this over but I'm currently thinking of doing a trial run towards the end of this year beginning of next. If I do change anything I'll post any updates in the relevant threads and here.
