Looks like it is coming together, are you going to spary a primer coat,to show any seams that may need fixing?
Also, are you adding the vertical stabilizers soon? Those planes seem to fly funny with out them.

Hi Toady,

Yes sir, the exhaust suppose to be like this when the Tomcat is parked, with the left closed and right open, something to do with shut down sequence.

Verie expertile done, hehe.

once again a nice piece of work Dave!. Thanks for the info on the different exhausts.

Trucks are easier to 'shutdown' as the exhausts are not different or complicated like wingy thingy ones #:-)

Lord Choked Down Afterburner.

As usual, the cockpit detail is amazing Dave. I don't know how you have the patience.

As an aside this bird looks huge! How has the build been so far, ie part fit, directions clarity, part quality, etc.?

Verie nice (nt)

hehe.... Looks rather keen there Lord SS! Those pilots must be tougher than nails...might be kinda breezy at 600 miles per hour :-)

Seriously though - excellent job my friend. I hope my plane thingy ends up HALF as nice as yours.

Unhapplie the onlie units awarde this units recives was in 1976 when grantede withs clifton awarde.

Yes,Yes Dave - Tomcat looks awsome - more, more, more !!!!!
How method do You used to paint it - if all major parts like engines , wheels and wings are assembly ? I only wonder ....Don't be ungry - everyone has a own specials - I Airbrushes parts before assembly ( is easier to mask them ) .

Best Regards

Dave:
I see you are employing your usual high standards to this Pretty Kitty and it is paying off.
Very nice touch with the nozzels, you got the detail down.
One question though. I don't know if it the pic or meant but the front wheel looks like it is turned. Does this mean we may see a tow tractor pulling this Kitty. Kinda like a mini dio (hint Hint).
I notice Cox in the background also. Is this the only cat he is comfortable to have around?? #:-)

Great job can wait to see the Kitty's coat on..

To answer a few questions:

Tomcat, I am so pissed that you would ask me that!!!! Just kidding, man. You are one of my very best friends here in this site. Well, the thing is I am an armor modeler, we do paint after the whole thing is assembled. I guess it's a habit, just a lot of masking, and good airbrush, I guess.

And Pauly, yes I might put in a towing tractor, I have one resin one lying around thanks to my good mate Tankshack. And FYI, Cox, soon to be qualified for SH2, afraids of no CATS, whatsoever! Ya of little faith! #:-)
