Hi there

Actually he didn't... it was my neihbour - it was 22:30! Anyway, I've just got a package from Eduard. :-)

The main item is their re-release of the Classic Airframes SM.79. It's got a new etched metal set and window masks - but is cheaper than the original.

2nd is the new 1/48 scale Luftwaffe figures and equipment... they look pretty good; all I've got to do now is learn how to paint figures ...

All the best

That's us postmen, delivering happiness and joy every day. You're lucky he didn't apply it a bit of size 10 Royal Mail issue footwear to get it to fit into your letterbox, something I've seen done but that I'd never do.

Hi Martin

Touch wood, all the stuff I've ever ordered has arrived intact. (That's tempted fate ).

The other good thing, which I forgot to mention last night, is that although this was a pretty expensive order, their was no import duty to pay. :-)

Does the £18 limit apply on things bought within Europe?

All the best

:-) I have the first release, looks pretty good. Does this mean we're heading for a S.M. 79 group build

Hi Mal

Now that would be fun - maybe start next Spring with a nice LONG deadline!

I've got the original too - partly built... I was impressed enough to fork out for the re-release. I'll do a "mini-preview" to outline the additions and show the new colour schemes. :-)

All the best

LOL. When Im expecting a pkg. I wait & watch for the postman w/ bullhorn and rocks in hand. They always seem to bring it right to the door. And I can ship fragiles and receive them in A1 shape. SO FAR
BUT ...Riddle me this BATMAN.....? Why is it I can never get a subcription mag. in one piece.
It always looks as tho it went around the globe, crossed the red sea, Treaked the sahara, and just happened to stop at my door on the way past............Makes reading it, much more fun. NNN OOO TTT
