Hi Guys
I've just purchased the Tamiya 1/72nd Intruder.
It looks as if it is a desert storm aircraft.
What do I need to do to back date it to one flown in Vietnam???
Thanks
Chris

Is it the A-6E? You'd need to leave off the FLIR turret under the nose, exchange the fuselage dive brakes for the perforated ones and to be really accurate replace the instrument panel with an -A panel. Leave off the large airscoop and exhaust vent on the left rear fuselage, modify the inboard leading edge, replace the ejection seats, delete the slime lights and adjust the antenna fit. Here's a thread elsewhere discussing converting the 1/48 Revell kit.
