How about a 1st Generation Jet Fighter Campaign?

Including jets that entered service during WW2, Interceptors, Night fighters, Fighter-Bombers, Air Superiority fighters and Cancelled projects during that period of time (1942–1950).

Great idea!
It would depend on the dates and campaign length for me. My bench time is limited and I'm a slow builder. However, I do have an Me-262 patiently waiting in it's box for the right campaign, and this could be it.

You call that a small list?!? Thanks, now I have some obscure early jets to go research...

Well, I've got several of them in the stash. At least most of the American entries.Timing as always is the challenge.

I copy that, I am very interested in such campaign but timing is everything

Don't forget the prototypes, the Gloster E28/38, Heinkel He 176 and Caproni-Campini M1

Great idea I really love this generation of planes but I have nothing in the stash that fits here and I have 20 other campaign builds that I am committed to right now

Ah ha! We've finally hit Sal's limit!
Okay, anyway, I like this type of campaign too. Using Scalehobbyist's kit search, I could see myself trying to improve a Hobby Boss Easy Kit of the Mig-15 for this one.

The campaign admins will set the dates when they look at all the other campaigns in the queue. As it stands right now we're looking at next summer or thereabouts for new campaigns.

Watch out for the nose wheel strut on that one. Academy made a mistake and made it the same as the -2 Banshee when it ought to be about 2mm longer.

Any word on this campaign? I think it's a good idea. I'm in if I'm not in the middle of a new job & home next year. Probably a WW II jet.
