Picked up this today in my LHS I was thinking of displaying it with one of his planes in a smaller scale. With the details of his uniform and decorations am I restricted to his candy striped Fokker Dr1

That's a D.VII in the background of the image, not a Dr.I - unless I misunderstand the question.

I don't know much about the uniform / awards specific date / timeframe, but I assume any aircraft in the late spring / summer of 1918 would do?

In this time, Udet would have flown a variety of D.VII's (the most famous is pictured), Siemens-Schuckert D.III and the DR.I as well as other planes as a possibility
