One of the areas of history and modeling that we have far too little info on is the WWII Japanese aviation. Author Dan King has sent me his most recent book, "The Last Zero Fighter" published in 2012 it has already met with some acclaim.

I think this looks like an excellent book to read. I would like to have a copy in my library. We don't have enough accounts of Japanese aviation, whether it be army or navy. Russell

I read this book as the subject is , at least to me fascinating! It gives a true look at the harsh reality beyond the myth and made me feel really sad to consider that those Japanese rotten politicians did sacrifice the best of their nation. It is a real miracle that so many did survive to tell their tales. Another book comparable is "Beyond Pearl-Harbor", both are must read. Best regards from France.
