Just about to start the Eduard 1/48th scale Fokker Eindecker weekend version.

Two questions

1) What colour to use for the doped linen finish.

2) what type of seat belts should I use. I intend to buy photo etched parts.

I look forward to receiving your comments.

Cheers
Martin

Martin,

As far as I'm concerned you can't go wrong with Wingnut Wings . Have a look at the "Instructions" link and you can check out the colors they recommend for the schemes they have in the kit and matches in the Tamiya and Humbrol ranges.

Also, Eduard has 1/48 German WWI seatbelts in their range (49-030).

HTH!

Michael is dead right. go to the WNW website and download the PDF instruction sheet for the right model of Eindecker. I do know they weren't finished in Clear Doped Linen though rather they were doped with an opaque shade of dope. Colours seem to have varied.
