It's actually an AMT kit reissue; of course for about 5 times the original price. The original mold was ESCI S-3A/S-3A COD. ESCI never made the ES-3A Shadow version; AMT did.
I wonder if they will tone down the tint on the canopy, since the AMT ES-3 Shadow's canopy was nearly "Black".

Well since AMT was the company which had custody of the Esci moulds at the time, I think it's safe to say that the base moulds are Esci. It'll be nice to see the kit issued again regardless where it came from.
