All,
First time posting my model here.Modelling for 8 years now. I mostly build Russian/Soviet Aircraft and Armor. After a long hiatus , I completed this model .I wanted to build this model and pose this inflight. This build was mostly OOB except some styrene sheet bits addition to cover the wheel well and the seated pilot. Duplicated the camo scheme and decals Cam Ranh Bay Soviet airforce unit marking of Dolphin. Flogger experts please let me know if I used the right variant for this marking.

Used photoshop to remove the handle from the inflight pictures.

Please let me know how you like it
Regards

Vivek,

You made some realistic images with a nicely built Flogger-G. It looks like you freehanded the camouflage. Great work!

Wow, that looks like it's going mach 1 just sitting there. While I don't claim to be a Flogger expert, I can say that the dorsal fin (below the kink where the leading edge angle changes) needs to be shorter. See how yours extends forward almost to the antenna on the upper fuselage? Compare it to the drawing. Note also how the angle hardly changes?

Regardless of that, it looks great.

Jessie. U are correct. My model is not the one depicted in the art work. Different variant. I stand corrected by flogger experts now.
Fred

Very nice! One day I plan on building a Cuban variant in Angola. I just always seem to crash and burn or Soviet torches so it takes guts for me to start one.

Vivek, Just a super OOB build. Your camo scheme looks really well done. Nicely produced photoshop pictures. You've offered angles that just can't be done when our models are parked on the ground.
