No, the upturned exhaust is not a UH-60M-specific feature. They were trialled and added to some later producation UH-60Ms, but not all. They have also been retro-fitted to UH-60Ls as well. They are not standard on either type though.
If you look at the picture in the original post, you will see it is a UH-60M with standard HIRSS exhausts.
