Hello,

Here are some pics of my first completed model this year.
Kit was the weekend edition, build out of the box.
Markings came from Aeromaster decal sheet Attack in the West part 2.

Well done, Tony. Subtle weathering; it looks like the build was fun. A little shiny still for me, but, thats just me.

Very nice model Tony, well done! Like the paint job indeed
Just one thing there, the armoured head rest wasn't introduced till 1940, being retrofitted to E-1 models. Not sure if this applies to your subject thou

Cheers and keep'em coming

Hey Tony, sweet build! Your paint job is extremely well done; it looks very, very smooth. Great job on the panel lines also, they stand out just enough to give them a little pop without being over powering. I think you chose correctly with the amount of weathering considering your build represents a pre-war 109, which were maintained much cleaner then during wartime.

Sincerely,
Ernest

Guys,

Thank u for the comments.

@ Ben,
The model is still a bit shiny coz i took the pics right after shooting the matt coat. It looks less shiny already.
It was indeed a fun build, i really like the Eduard 109s. They are great value for money.

@ Pedro,
I have to admit, i dont do to much research. I just liked the decal option offered, so i went for it.

@ Ernest,
As i always build my models as stand alone items, i keep weathering to a minimum. Just highlight some panel lines.

Nice looking build Tony! I quite like the high demarcation 109s where the blue goes almost all the way to the top. I think you should install an antennae as well, it really adds to the overall appearance.

Fred,

Thanks for the comment.

About the antenna. I know i should add it. A few people here already pointed that out on my previous 109 builds.
They even gave me step by step explanation.
But still, i cant get it right, how much i try.
So i gave up on it.

Tony
