Hasagewa has molded most of the Ju 87 variants in 1/48. They did release a ceaser limited version a few years ago. The skies were a resin conversion addition to the starnard B kit. As for the personnel carrier only known model is the Fujimi 1/72. A prototype/A version was released by MPM in 1/48.
