I've got Revell's /72nd Supermarine Stranraer and I'm not happy with the fit of the fuselage/ hull windows.
Any good fixes besides using acetate sheet or a clear resin?

Micro Crystal Clear is a similar product in a small bottle which you apply by brush.

Which is clear resin isn't it? Trying to avoid that but it does make some really nice windows.
Probably end up trying the Testors stufff and if that doesn't work I'll go for the Crystal Clear if possible.
Thanks guys.

rather than forming the entire window, it can also be wicked into the gaps between the clear part and the frame.

It's very similar to PVA white glue. Here's what it looks like just after application
and once dried

It's confusing - there's Crystal Clear, which is a resin product, and then there's Micro Crystal Clear which is water soluable, and made by the same company as Micro Sol and Micro Set (for decals). I was referring to the water soluable product by the Micro Co. As Jessie says, it's very similar to white glue, but works better for small windows. It also works well for filling hairline gaps like between wingroots and fuselages, etc.
