Operational Overview
An Unmanned air vehicle(UAV)can be defined as a recoverable uninhabited airframe that can be autonomous or remotely piloted (RPV) to perform a variety of military or civilian missions. Missiles are also autonomous or remotely controlled but are always intended to be destroyed with the target altogether. Sometimes referred as "drones" UAVs and RPVs gained notoriety through their extensive use in recent conflicts such Iraq and Afghanistan. Nevertheless, UAVs have been used in a variety of forms and missions since the 1918 "Kettering Bug".
This campaign will include operational and prototype UAVs and RPVs from 1918 to 2014 as longest the airframes have been actually build and flown.

The Rules and Regs
1) Any UAV or RPV that has been designed as such.
2) No adapted aircraft (i.e. QF-4).
3) No target drones.
4) Military or civilian UAV or RPV.
5) Reconnaissance or armed UAV or RPVs are allowed.
6) No starting before the campaign and the model should be completed by the end of the campaign.
7) Build logs and lots of posting are encouraged. Any important or pertinent details about the models are welcome.
Stand alone models or Dioramas allowed.
9) Entries cannot be used for more than 1 campaign.
10) At least two Work in Progress Pics must be posted in the Official Campaign thread.
11. At least 2 Clear Pictures of the finished model on a plain background must be posted in the Official Campaign Gallery to be awarded the Campaign Ribbon
12. Scratchbuild, out-of-the-box, aftermarket-modified models are allowed.
