I stand with Jessie in having a soft spot for the innocuous trainer. Hopefully, we don't all die of old age before such a campaign is realized.

Sounds good to me. I've picked up a few trainers lately. T-6, T-28. T-34, T-37 and T-38 (sort of).

Count me in with a 2 seater Harrier - not sure which one yet, but there's plenty of time to decide!

I have a couple of un-started F4U Corsairs, would any of these be allowed?? The first one is a trainer that was built but never purchased... this one is a static trainer, it was used as a maintenance and pilot familiarization trainer

John----Sounds like a great campaign idea and I would certainly participate. Have some Tudors and TA-4J's in the stack.

How about trainers used as aerobatic aircraft, like the Hawks used by the Red Arrows?

Will you be considering civil aircraft as well? My local college uses a redundant BAC 1-11 fuselage for cabin staff training, the Corsair reminded me of this. I have a similar idea in the hanger, a Revell Airbus A319, but as is my wont, it's a Queen. I might just finish it now, but of course, not for this campaign. p.s. sign me up

Found this one while doing research for this campaign, haven't built a Spit since I was kid, might give this one a try. It was originally a Mk IX in 1945, but was converted after the war into a two seat TR9 trainer and used by the Irish Air Corps.

This campaign is APPROVED!
It will run from August 1, 2015 through January 31, 2016. Sorry it's so far off, campaigns have become popular! Should give everyone time to come up with an interesting entry.
You can enlist here.
Looking forward to some cool multi-seat models!
