Well after some fooling about with the forum choies I reckon techinically this quey goes here as this forum starts at 1935 and the Early Aviation forum ends in 1934.

And the Miles Spaerrowhawk is regarded as a 1935 bird.

The questionm is are there any 1:48 kits of this bird? I have done some searching & only been able to pull up some lame ducks.

Mods, shift this to Early Aviation if you think I will get a better response there.

Hi Carl,

I found none, either. Kiwi Resins was considering one, you can ask them.

Frederick, thanks for the links. The flock of scratch built Miles is incredible. But well beyond my barely OOB abilities to emulate. Very interesting text goes with his story about how each aircraft was linked to a previous and how this was exploited to create the flock. An awsome piece of modelling.

I might put the Sparrowhawk thoughts to oneside or try and find the 40 year old plans for a peanut scale balsa jobbie I should have in the archive somewhere.
