Hi Guys
Hope you can help.
I realise this isn't aircraft persay but it is related and you guys are fountians of knowledge.
I've got a couple of MvR figures and I'm having trouble with his uniform.
Are you able to advise if the Field Grey had a Blue,Green or Grey Bias as I've seen various versions.
TIA
Chris

There was not a German Luftstreikrafte uniform, everyone wore their original army tunic and caps. The French were the same. Troops who went straight into the air service were standard issue army uniforms with the propellers on the epaulets.
That said feldgrau is the most common color of tunic. Simplest description would be a sage gray. As for the Rittmeister, his tunic was feldgrau with red piping for his Uhlan unit. Andrea miniatures produced a booklet for use with its Manfred and Moritz set using Valejo colors.
