So, I'm polishing off some old shelf queens and Hasegawa's 1/72 hind has made it out of the paint shop and into decal-land.

I'm looking at Linden Hill's Bush War Hinds and REALLY like the look of Black 101 the Northern Alliance Hind and am looking forward to modeling it as a 'rode hard and put up wet' old warhorse of a helo.

Some google-fu turns up the ACIG site, a few Hip photos, some text excerpts that mention Northern Alliance and helicopter in the same paragraph from Amazon, but not much else.

Short of CIA archives, anyone got any thoughts or leads on Northern Alliance helicopters in general and Hinds in particular?

I hear tell that WAPJ #40 has some pics, anybody got a copy they are willing to part with for a reasonable price?
