I am looking to model this kit in 1/48. What would be the best all around (i.e. accuracy, price, difficulty?)

F-18:
No question. #1 would be Hasegawa which you have 4 to choose from, #2 Monogram which you have 2. The hasegawa is great OOB and the monogram is So So.
If you want all the whistles you cant beat BlackBox cockpits, and the Eduard PE.
I have them all, with multiples of a few. Hope this helps. Todd
