The Air Force museum was a great article. Beautiful photos that can be used for future reference. Thanks for the coverage. I really enjoyed the life size dioramas.

Thanks, it was my second visit to the museum, and I heartily recommend it to anyone who can find their way to Dayton or Cincinnati.

Living in cincinnati and my dad being from Dayton, I practically grew up here. It was mainly due to Wright Pat that I developed a love of aircraft. Hell, I even went to band camp at wright state university, lol! The air shows here were so amazing too. The world war 1 and 2 hangars are legendary! SOOO want to go back some day soon!

Great feature, Bill.
It's while reading articles like this that I realize how fortunate I am to live so near this. Makes for a great spur-of-the-moment rainy, cold Saturday activity.

Yes, and there's no admission charge, either!

Bill; great series. When were you there? I notice a distinct lack of other visitors in the photos.

Bill, thanks so much for taking the time to share with us your pictures and description of the museum. And especially the link to their site. I've been spending a fair amount of time there, and it's just amazing as to what you can see online. the virtual cockpits are a modelers dream.
