I do remember reading several reviews and build threads on the T-6G Texan when it 1st came out. It was pointed out that while the kit does make a solid USAAF Texan, it's missing many of the parts needed for the various foreign versions. Since this release is all foreign T-6 variants, are needed parts now included, or is this the same offering with new decals?

Hi Joel
Yep - the kit is basically great, but a lot is going to ride on what style canopy was fitted to the aircraft in their chosen colour schemes. Their researchers didn't exactly cover themselves in glory on the initial release, so here's hoping for this time...

Rowan,
I kind of thought that. If and when I actually move up to 1/32 scale, my Texan will be good old USAAF.

Hi Joel
Well, according to the good old Squadron "In Action", there were differing canopy styles on the various US versions too, so research is still important before settling on any scheme.
