Hi all,
I do not want to take over the SMW thread, so as an addition I would like to point you to "my" pic colletions here.

Nice photos of stunning models, Steffen. Is that Concorde held by that fellow the one you bought in the huge box photo posted elsewhere? Somehow I would have thought it larger than what I see in the photo. Although, that one is BIG!

Hi Ben
It is not the same (I got a new box) and that photo (as the one with me and the box) let this thing look small.
The box is 1,28m x 57cm x 18cm
the fuselage is 1,27m long/ wingspan is 54cm (roughly I just measured it with a tape measure)
but I still think one can only imagine how huge this thing is when you hold it in your hand...
cheers
Steffen
BTW: It is longer than Jean-Luc's boys 4 and 8 years old...

Cheers Steffen
It looks a blast! I'll get there one of these days - I say that to myself every year - but, the way things are going, I can't see it happening any year soon... unless they move the show to somewhere sensible like the Isle of Wight.
All the best

Steffen,
Thank you for posting all of these!
Overwhelming feature - I'll have to go back again. Incredible work displayed. That diorama of the kamikaze about to hit the battleship - 1/32 I presume? Spectacular!

Hi Fred,
well the Dios with the Skyhawk and the Battleship are 1/72 scale. The latter ist huuuuuge and I cannot imagine what a behemoth it would be in 32nd scale.
cheers
