just finished today in under 4 weeks straight from the box. i had the pleasure of building this kit before it is on general release and I have to say i thoroughly enjoyed this kit from start to finish. She will be the subject of a build review in a forthcoming issue of Model Airplane International. This is the reason for only one image as otherwise anyone buying the magazine will feel cheated seeing the same images as here!

Lovely job! I'm part way through reviewing the kit myself and it really is a beauty - based on my impressions so far, I'm tempted to say it's Kitty Hawk's best to date.

That's a really nice build. Super paint camo paint. Glad to hear that both you and Rowan think it's KH best kit. That indicates that each new release is indeed better then the last. I'm hoping that their soon to be released F9F single seat Cougar is that much better then their F9F-8T twin seater that was released awhile ago.
