Hey guys,

Looking to do a C-130 Project with the Italeri 1/72 E/H kit.

I have seen pictures of so many modded kits, and I am wondering if there are mod kits out there, or do I have to scratch everything myself.

I was kind of thinking of an MC-130H Combat Talon, but the nose is so unique to that model.

I once saw one at a show, but I never got a chance to talk to the builder about how he did it.

Wolfpack design have a USAF H update set announced for the Italeri kit and a JASDF conversion for the same kit. I'm sure there are others out there, sorry I can't help more but not my scale or subject.

David J Parkins/Flightpath has some Herk conversion kits you may be interested in. Look about halfway down this page. He's got just the conversion you have in mind

Flightpath is the way to go. Depending on the timeframe you are planning to do, the Talon II would have a few different things on them. let me know if you need any help. I crewed one (88-0192) for about 4 years while at Kadena.... When I first started crewing her she had 8402 pods, then about halfway through she got the Dircm Pods.....
