Well after loosing hope with airfix doing good quality high detailed models along came this little treat, and for only £4! Absolute Bargain! So this is the new Hawker Hurricane and dam I am impressed.
I mean look at the instructions!
They are in colour and look awesome!
Now on with the build. The interior is so detailed, its what I've always imagined it should be.
Even the detail in the undercarriage is amazing.
and finally it fully put back together. Although I have added the undercarriage but for to get some pics.

Well cracked on with a little more today of the hurricane. Concentrated on the bottom side of the aircraft.
So firstly I had to mask off the cockpit and the undercarriage compartment ready for primer.
After a grey coverage a little black primer in areas. My sprayer is officially useless lol
After that had all dried it was a good coat of the light green colour.
Think I got a good level of shadow coming threw. Once that dried I gave it a coat of enamel gloss then came the decals.
And finally I went over the lines with brown black diluted paint and then a coat of satin varnish.
Thanks for viewing!

Hi Si
Nice! Great to see a "rag-wing" Hurricane for a change.
All the best
