New from ICM comes a nicely detailed kit of the Chaika - arguably the most advanced biplane ever to see service.

When I forwarded this little box to you I never took the time to check it out, but your images do show this model as having appeal.

Hi Darren

It's a real little gem of a kit - an unexpected delight. Many thanks for sending it.

All the best

A beautiful little aeroplane.

But alas my fingers are too fat
my eyes to dim
to manage a model in 1:72.

That is the reason that the modelling gods invented tweezers and Optivisors
But for this aircraft, 1/48 is also good. I can't wait until ICM release their 1/48 version.
