I’m going to build 1/48 Hasegawas Hs 129. In the instruction booklet it states that amongst others I will need colours RLM 04, 66, 70. I’ve looked at some reference charts, but I’m not convinced these are correct. What would the colours be in Tamiya or Humbrol paints ?? (I can only get Tamiya and Humbrol.) What colour is steel by the way ??

depends in which theatre, Hs 129's were used in Russia, Balkans and North Africa as far as I know.
I'm about to post a RLM colour chart with Humbrol paints specified.
Once I know how to attach an image to a posting.
In the meantime:

04. Is yellow used for insignia - Humbrol 154.
66. Is Black Grey used for cockpit interiors - Humbrol 32.
70. Is a camo colour - Humbrol 91 usually used in conjunction with RLM 71 Dark Green -Humbrol 30 as splinter.

If its Balkans or North Afica it would be RLM 79 Sand with blotches of RLM80 Olive green.
