I built the HB 1/48 scale A6E last year, and while it was a challenge, the end result was well worth the effort. I did notice that a lot of the parts needed for the TRAM version was already there. I still have plans to build both a early A6A and a A6E TRAM, so I'll be purchasing this kit sooner then later.
