Hi Bob,
the chart of IPMS Stockholm says XF-27 for RLM 82 and XF-26 for RLM 83. Normally, you have to mixture a little with white to achieve a realistic look, depending on the scale (usually, the smaller the scale the more to lighten). But look at the Schwalbe campaign here in Aeroscale, there are some more tips.
