Hello to all.
Looking for Modern aircraft number codes. 4 digit with german cross between. As seen on Typhoon, Phantom, and Tornado. I've tried differnet combinations of text in a search, but came up with nothing. Any help greatly appreciated.

Definitely NOT WW2 - BUT also not for Tornado / Typhoon.

Look closely for the Phantom - the BL changed the script sometime in the 1980's (?) , but these work for F-4 and other earlier BL aircraft.

Some of the digits did not change - But IIRC the 5,6,and 7 did change,

No there are no codes on Phantom's that have letters in them.
After WW2 all codes consist of 4 digits. That's it no matter what aircraft. Number/Letter codes are pre cold war era time
frame.

Modern codes are all numbers 12" high with 2 numbers each side of the cross. That's it

Here is your burden of proof!!!!

The decal sheet

Modern Phantoms

Now the decals represent 1960's era codes.
And not even codes for a Phantom!!!
Point out the Letters in the Phantom Codes
