0I just used Tamiya masking tape, pressed onto the plastic, and cut along the raised ridges with a fresh exacto knife. After that, I just sprayed it with the rest of the plane, which is Tamiya As-12, "Aircraft Aluminum."

Logan, Very nicely done. If there is a nasty gap between the fuselage halves, you disguised it very well with the angles you used while taking your pictures. The engine really looks quite nice.
