I am now building the vulcan gun of 1/48 Hasegawa F-16C using Verlinden Super Detail Set. I am having a problem on what wire should I use to recreate the barrels of the gun. Should I use the thicker one? How do I attach each strand?

Hi, I have that same Set of Verlinden for the F-16, you notice that in the set you will find a ribbon of fine plastic that comes of the manufacture and you can use it to create the tubes of the Vulcan canyon.
I hope that this to help you...
All best.

Oh just great! Now where did I put those? I remember keeping it with the parts. Now I have to scratchbuild the wires! Silly me!
Any alternative item I could use? I tried styrene strands .020 I think and it won't go through the hole of the cannon parts.

Okey, that will be well but remember you that the tube for the canyon is conical.
