Which particular kit, and in which scale?
1999.co.jp is your friend (link points to search results for "hasegawa fw 190 a-5"). Most product pages for model kits in that store include scans of the instructions.

Champion advice, the kit i have is 1st on the list and a bit rough but the scans are good enough to get me by.

And as luck would have it the only page I did not lose is the one the scan chops the edge off the important data.

aha, the scan was complete, my printing was sloppy, fixed now.
