Can a swan turn into an ugly duckling? Perhaps so, because I doubt that many would describe the radically re-sculpted MiG-29 SMT as beautiful. However, GWH's new kit of it is definitely a beauty.

Oh wow!! Another GWH masterpiece. I haven't started building any Russian aircraft as yet, but so far the two GWH Migs are my must have/build list.
And yeah Rowan, it's pretty ugly, but it does have its unique appeal.

Yep, that "unique appeal" is pretty irresistible to the likes of me. I love "ugly ducklings" (heaven for me in that respect would be a 1:48 Folland 43/37), so this one's more than booked its place on my workbench once I've cleared the decks a bit.
