Skunkmodels Workshop has released the sole single seat F-16XL, built as an evaluation and research aircraft by General Dynamics. Tim Hatton [Litespeed] takes a look at this most unusual looking aircraft.

The landing gear look great; look at all those buttons in the cockpit. Engraving looks superb. However, the panel lines behind the main gear well looks a bit undefined - do I see that right?

Hi Fred. The panel lines have very good definition, I think the light does not emphasise them enough.
