Just to prove that I am actually building something ...
I'm hoping to get this pretty much finished today, because I really need to get on with other stuff! Stug, cheers for being so patient!

Yet another good 'un Rowan. Not sure about the flightdeck though, needs a bit more work I think.

For one terrible moment I thought you meant WoW entries had to be on a base!!
Cheers for the kind words guys :-) , the main thing for me is just to finish this one... it's been sat there too long grinning at me! Just a couple of bits to add and I'm calling it quits. I'll post some proper pics of the finished item.
Next in line are a 1: a Spitfire FR.IX for RMG, 2: a Flettner Fl 265 for DFA and 3: a Gloster Gauntlet for the A-UK Prize Campaign.
What are the odds on finishing them on time, seeing as 2 and 3 are short-run and vacuform respectively?!

Very very nice on here Rowan. I especially like the paint job. Nice clean and straight lines. A worthy entry to the Campaign. I am going now to practice with my A/B to see if i can even get close to the lines you have painted.

Merlin, I didn't know the brits made convertable Aircraft!! It looks good, I wonder when you are going to add the canopies. Wonder if another grace will be needed to see this one finished???? BTW a bas though not required will be a nice touch to the model. STUG

Hi Stug
Don't worry, the rear canopy is on now, so no need for extra time.
It's all basically finished! (A base can wait for later... ). Should i post some final pics here or in the RRB?

Go ahead and post them here in the Aircraft forum. I've been asked to remind everyone that RRB is for in progress pics. STUG

Hi Stug
OK, will do.
That makes good sense - it will avoid the RRB becoming a showcase for finished models. I've often felt uneasy offering suggestions about models there, when it's clearly too late to change anything.

Hi penpen :-)
I couldn't agree more! How did they manage to make one of the most beautiful aircraft ever built look so ugly?! It looks almost deliberately horrible - as though someone set out to see how bad they could make it look...
Don't worry, I've got a single-seater to build one day.

:-) Another great build Rowan, very nicely done, a winner
Your "flight deck" looks even worse than mine
I'm afriad my WoW entry never really got off the flight deck, and it was going to be a quick build sorry Stug.

Rowan, you know I was doing some research on the kit found the markings for the single seater are for a bird out of Malta in 1954!!!! Though your conversion looks good, bet you wish I didn't say anything about the set of markings in the kit!!! BTW you "flightdeck" is way better than my nice puple number. I'm hoping to have My real flight deck done soon, though I want to finish my A4F Skyhawk first. STUG
