Bus, nice lil collection you have there. I like the P38. What kit is that?
The only thing I can see that you need a little help with are you decals. They are "silvered" a bit. This is by no means a jab at your work. Just a little advice from another modeler.
Thanks for showing them.

yeah... I known that. But Im working on it, my problem is to apply a gloss coat on my model, because i screwd up one of my models once and got scared of that
The P38 is from Revell-Monogram,it is a lovely kit with great fit of parts
Thanks!

I like the paint job on the German aircraft...I assume you used an airbrush to gain that effect? If so, which one?

Hi Bus

I think the baking soda works really well. How did you build the revetment - it looks really neat. :-)

Check out Holdfast's article The future Is Klear for some great advice on applying a gloss-coat for your decals.

All the best

Thanks!
Son of a Vet; I use an aztec airbrush, A 430, its a double action airbrush and is great to weather models.
Merlin: I build the revetment with balsa wood, cut in that format, then I apply some filler and put the wooden sections.
Thanks for your comments guys!

Hi Bus
The dio is really good. That is a great idea for making snow. How did you seal the snow down?
Did you mix it with some kind of glue or did you spray it with a water/glue mixture? Or ???
I would really like to know how you did that and try something like that on my own.

Great dio and good modeling,
Wayne

Thanks Wayne! To seal the baking soda I used a 50/50 water-glue airbrushed on the entire base.I also used a fake snow spray, very commom during x-mas(I was very generous on that one, because is easy to overdo it)
For the stains -Chalk Pastels and Raw umber/Burnt Sienna oil paints
Hope it helps!

Hi Bus,
excellent job...the snow is great...especially as you don't get much in Brazil. And all your planes look very nice.
On the snow scene, any thoughts on weathering the drop tank and trolley?
Cheers
Peter
