Shonen, looks like a good start. I know this isn't the RRB, but I would like to suggest you try drybruhing those cockpit sides and the instrument panel before you button it up. If you do that, the detail will just "pop" right out.

I'm afraid there is no cure, it is best just to go with it :-)
Nice work on picking out the details, not easy in 1/72 scale. I agree with Tin-Can, a little dry brushing would really show the detail.

Thanks! I'll have to give dry brushing a shot.

Hi Shonen
Nice job! I'm glad you're enjoying buiding a WW2 plane.
That's really fine work. If you want to be picky... German instrument panels were usually dark grey (RLM66), rather than black. Some drybushing will help lighten things up, as well as bringing out all your detail. :-) Even worse EDS I'm afraid...
Have you decided on the camouflage scheme yet? You'll really be able to have some fun there!
All the best

Thanks!
You bet! I'll be doing the one with a yellow nose and cloud/leopard stripes. This will be a challenge for me

:-) Nice one Shonen, looking good What "blue" are you using for the undersurfaces? I'm not sure if it's the pics but it looks a little bright for RLM 65.

It's in the cam. I've used Tamiya AS-5 Spray Can (Light Blue). It is what stated in the manual.
