Hi Guys,
Was checking out the Academy website and they are releasing the 1/72nd P47 Razorback and F86 E with markings for Gabby Gabriskis mounts.

Thanks for the heads-up Chris, this is a really neat idea and great marketing ploy by Academy. I wonder if this is the first of a range of pilot-based multi-kits?
BTW it is a Bubbletop P-47, not a Razorback.
Cheers, D

Chris,
While I no longer model in 1/72 scale, I took a look at the Academy page to see if they were also issuing that set in 1/48 scale. No such luck. I know that I would buy it ASAP.
One thing I did notice is that they're issuing more of the old Accurate Miniature kits, but still none of the Vindicator series. This has always puzzled me as those kits constantly sell on ebay auctions for insane prices. I'd love a SB2U-1, and SB2U-3 with Cartograf decals. I'd even take in house decals like how the B-25B has been issued, and buy decals from Yellow Wings.
