ICM Holding have announced that their new-tool 1:48 Polikarpov I-153 Chaika is all set for imminent release. This will be the first time this classic biplane has appeared as a mainstream kit in this scale.

Sergey's correct that the I-153 didn't fight in the Spanish Civil War. Maybe you're thinking of the I-15 and I-152?
If this kit sells well enough, perhaps ICM will tackle those too? Here's hoping.
