Magnus Fridsell reviews a Shelf Oddity release.
1/144 ordnance isn''t exactly thick on the ground and Soviet era stuff in this scale is even rarer. Polish manufacturer Shelf Oddity comes to our rescue with a range of neat stuff that will look great below the wings of your Eduard MiG-21 (or any other semi-modern aircraft of Soviet pedigree)!

Thanks Magnus for sharing your experiences with these products. The missiles look great and because of the small size and detail (decals!) are almost an eyecather on its own under the MiG21.

The MiG21 I am currently building seems to have the R-60 aphids attached to its underwing stores, so I decided to give it a try and orders a set of them. With utmost patience, i hope to construct the pieces into a rocket. At least it seems a bit easier than modifying the Eduard rockets with the Brengun PE:).

Hi Magnus

That is frighteningly good!

I think you should seriously consider writing a how-to Feature on "miniature modelling", because many folks will just look at the scale and think "Can't be done" for details like these.

All the best
