Just what we don't need from a plastic model company, their name on someone else's air brush. I already own two Iwatas and my old Paasche H.
I really can't imagine too many modelers buying this airbrush just because ZM uses it.

Hi Joel
I expect they think if it's good enough for Tamiya, why shouldn't they have their name on an airbrush too.
All the best

The market for AB's is quite a bit larger than just us modellers, and that's why our local AB shops are so well stocked with simply needed spare parts of the brands that know a very diverse user base. I would appreciate it if companies cooperate and fuse knowledge to produce better tools for us to use. I hope that that idea will catch on...because I'll try and never spend my money on a product branded just because somebody else spend their marketing money that way as well.

Joel,
Don't forget that Tamiya, Revell and Italeri all have their own airbrush range and just recently Meng also announced an airbrush over on the sister site Armorama.

I'd be curious to see who uses what. Is there a mechanism for making a survey?

Luciano,
I didn't forget that, and I never saw any rational reasoning for this other then pure greed. It's like Tamiya already doesn't make enough on selling their Branded name.
What we really need less of is useless duplication, so that online vendors can carry full ranges of the nationally known products.
