Yep but it's still Mi-17, not simple Mi-8 - there-re huge diferenses between two birds

Hi friends,
the progress for this evening - painted the blue lines, registration LZ-CAF and the Bulgarian flag on the tail.
After that I've detailed the small parts with AK products.
The same effect we can achieve with oil paint much tinned with white spirit or AMB

Hi fellas, today I put together the main rotor - 600+ mm wow
And at this photo I show to you where are the weakest points of side gears. I strengthen with 0.3 mm iron rod.

I have a 1/72 Mi-17 Hip and it can't even fit on my shelf properly, so i had to leave the rotors detached.

600mm..... wow, that is pretty big! Great work on the rotor, I am busy right now with mine for my S-55. Yours is a great example.
